Natural Peanut Butter is so much healthier for you than other peanut butters that are filled with trans-fats. Many people don't purchase natural peanut butter, though, because it can be difficult to mix. When you purchase it at the store, there's a film of the peanut oil at the top that will need to be mixed into the peanut butter to make it smooth and spreadable. Some brands recommend refrigerating the peanut butter once it's stirred to slow the re-separation of the oil, but I find it to be more difficult to spread when it's cold.
